PATISSERIE

Certificate III in Patisserie

Are you passionate about working in the baking industry? This course will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge in patisserie preparation and presentation techniques in order to bake cakes, tarts and pastries. In addition, you will learn kitchen safety rules, food hygiene programs, and first aid.

Certificate IV in Patisserie

Do you want to develop your career as Pastry Cook? This course will enable you to practice a variety of patisserie techniques in order to bake cakes, tarts and pastries in a patisserie, restaurant or hotel. You will also gain skills and knowledge in kitchen safety rules, food hygiene programs, and first aid. Ultimately, you will implement your financial management skills and workplace conflict management skills in a kitchen environment.

COMMERCIAL COOKERY

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Are you passionate about the culinary industry? This course will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation techniques. You will be able to work in diverse kitchen environments such as restaurants, hotels, pubs, coffee shops and clubs. In addition, you will gain practical experiences to plan, prepare and cook food by being able to meet special dietary requirements, health and safety and hygiene standards.
